Adviser: Tiffany Conner
Guidelines: PEARLS is a 3rd and 4th grade girls mentoring group which focusing on cultivating positive self-esteem, building character and leadership skills, as well as providing a service to our community. Although this is not an academic group, we strongly encourage students to also do their academic best.
Activities:
-Wednesday morning meetings
-Book Buddies Thursday (students read with other students grades 4K-2)
-Tutoring (students engage in peer tutoring to help each other reach their academic goals)
-Breast Cancer Awareness pink lemonade and lollipop sales (fundraiser to raise money and provide awareness, proceeds given to Fairfield Memorial; guest speakers also this month to provide health awareness and information about the importance of community service)
-Canned Food Drive (partnering with Beta Club, Food baskets will be provided for community members)
